This is a two part message.

 

In part I, Rich draws on both his extensive experience as a Philosophy/English teacher in public schools and research about youth, leading the audience to ponder common patterns in young adult thinking.

In part II, he addresses the question "how should we parent, pastor, and disciple in light of these patterns?" making it practical.
